Japanese Tasty Treat Slicers – mild with thin skins for fresh eating or canning, about 12-14 inches long
$1.50 each for large (discount for 4 or more)

Katrina – mild with thin skins for fresh eating, about 6-8 inches long
$1.00 each for medium (discount for 4 or more)

Pickling/Snacking Cucumbers
$3 per overflowing 1/2 pint for gherkins
$3 per quart bag for larger cukes (small or large dill)

Arugula (mild or spicy) $3.50 per 1.5 qt bag
Add a little flavor to your cooking and salads with this delicious green. Hot weather gives it a little kick!

Green Leaf – Smaller leaves with a lovely green color and crisp taste.

Specialty Crops: Herbs

Bunches are $2 each (sufficient for at least a couple of weeks of cooking)

Discover Genovese Italian Basil and Thai Basil (the queen of basils, but never sold in stores)

Or try some Sage in sausage, sauces, or pork dishes (or dry it and burn slowly in a metal dish to purify the air)

We also carry Summer and Winter Savory (magic herbs for transforming any dish imho)

and Moldavian Balm for French cooking

Dill and Cilantro are delayed due to weather
